Performance

Today room fourteen went to the hall and we did a performance. Mr Blakey said it will be fun to be in a performance. We are performing because we have been learning about dinosaurs.

I felt nervous when I got on the stage but when it started I was laughing.

Predator

Pliosaurus is more then 15m long and it's body is about 40m. It is the most powerful creature this predator x and the strongest predator. It has sharp and has a black eye and is faster than the other dinosaur in the water 

Diplodocus

Diplodocus was the longest herbivore which lived million years ago it was the biggest dinosaur 

The diplodocus was the shortest and strongest dinosaur it long Neck to reached the leaves on the top of the tree. It had a long tail so that the tail could whip other dinosaurs it has strong legs and one Clare at the back 

I like the diplodocus because it was humungous.

Being a pilot

To be a good pilot you need to think carefully make good decisions and always keep the safety of others in mind. A pilot flies airplane so they must be brainy. I would love to be a pilot.

Being a scientist

Scientists work hard to solve interesting problems that most of us will never understand. Scientists work hard and they are brainy. I would like to be a scientist.

Rainy Monday

On Monday it was a stormy day. The plants were falling and heavy rain dropping on us like a shower. It was spitting rain drops and thunder and lighting.I was feeling sad and chilly because I was freezing.I wished that I was in a warm place and drinking milo watching a movie

Holding our piece of bread we crept on the field to feed the gulls. Walked in a quiet line to the field so we don't scare the gulls.

after that we lay down to see if the gulls came to eat the bread.  They came and swooped in a circle when we stood up and we made some noise we scared the gulls away.

Kwisport basketball

We played basketball every Monday morning with coach vinnie and coach shanice.

Coach vinnie is big and tall and he looks like a real basketball player and he is kind.

Coach shanice is pretty and skinny and helpful because she teaches us basketball.

We did different games to learn how to play basketball and we played octopus. And golden child and this game is when you shot the ball and the other team runs around the square and the last person is a golden child. it was great fun.

Our trees

They provide homes for everything. Trees supply oxygen to help us breathe.

Trees help us make the world more beautiful we are lucky to have amazing trees at pt England

From faraway, The trees look like walking trees with their strong are spooky branches.

The trunk is tall and the trees are nearly the same height as the sky tower.

From close up, the trees look tall and giant. The bark feels so hard and the leaves feel soft.

Mr Burt

Mr Burt is our principal and Mr Burt is romantic and responsible at this school and looks handsome because his shoes are shiny. And he wears nice and fancy clothes and he looks older than Mr Blakey. His office is fantastic and he has got stickers in his office and he's got a seat that spins round like a tornado. He also has a sculpture of dinosaur bones by the window. Mr Burt is very busy because he's got things to do and mr Burt takes care of the whole school and mr Burt comes in to see if we are in the zone.

The snail

snail look slimy so they are not good to touch. they have a shell which is hard and protect it.

They live in the shade because the sun is too hot. we can easily find snails on and

rocks where they live.

They eat leaves and fruits and grass because that makes it be healthy.

Our playground

The whole school uses our playground.its on the bottom field and the kindergarten. The playground is also by the horses.

The playground is long and wide it's made of wood metal and plastic. it looks colourful we can see black Gray blue and yellow

There are lots of things That we can play on on The playground. I like the flying fox and the monkey  bars because they are my favourite. Because I like racing people.

Today we got to look at the feijoas They look so fat and skinny. They smell yummy and sweet.They taste sour and they taste like lemon

Kazoos makers

On Monday in Mr.Blakey's class we made kazoos. We used scissors, Sellotape, colourful paper, two little rubber bands and a big one. First we cut the colourful paper out. Then we got the Popsicle sticks and we wrapped them around the sticks with the Sellotape. Next we pulled out one of the Popsicle sticks carefully. After that we stretched the big rubberband around the stick which was a little bit tricky. Then we put on the other Popsicle stick and wrapped two rubberbands around it. Finally we got to blow it. It sounded weird but it was amazing.

On Friday I was happy to have my lunch then I went. And I played volleyball with the big kids.

I can see a big waka with a happy crew on the waka. Also  the sky has fluffy clouds.

My froaviet ting is the volcano it was fun and I liked it because. It was saking and it's ailwas. Makes you lafi and its fis like its a rili volcano

First we took a picture on my iPad. Secondly we drew our picture of my self portrait. Next we cut our self portrait. Then we stuck the paper on the colourful paper.

On Wednesday we built our waka. And we excitedly saw land.
